Training And Development
New team members receive training to understand our products, business, and work approach. Practical experience and guided support help build confidence step by step. Based on the Japanese recruitment pages, the parent company describes about 2–3 weeks of initial training followed by 8 months to 1 year of OJT-style development before independent responsibility.
Career Growth
Our team members are encouraged to grow through learning, performance, and responsibility. Career progression may continue from joining and training into advisor-level work, role assignment, and higher responsibilities.
